    Abstract
    二硫化モリブデン(MoS_2_)は古くから化学ドーピングによる相制御の研究が行われてきた。特に最近では、剥離法により分離された薄膜試料において、超伝導転移の電界制御も報告されている。これら興味深い物性は現状単結晶試料を用いて実現されているが、多結晶薄膜における伝導特性は未解明である。そこで今回我々は、化学気相成長した多結晶MoS_2_単層膜と電解質を用いたトランジスタ構造を組み合わせ、キャリア数を連続的に制御しながら電気伝導特性を評価した。その結果、高密度キャリア蓄積下において、 1.9Kまで金属伝導を観測した。当日は磁気抵抗特性や超伝導転移の可能性についても議論する。

    Export search results

    The export option will allow you to export the current search results of the entered query to a file. Different formats are available for download. To export the items, click on the button corresponding with the preferred download format.

    By default, clicking on the export buttons will result in a download of the allowed maximum amount of items. For anonymous users the allowed maximum amount is 50 search results.

    To select a subset of the search results, click "Selective Export" button and make a selection of the items you want to export. The amount of items that can be exported at once is similarly restricted as the full export.

    After making a selection, click one of the export format buttons. The amount of items that will be exported is indicated in the bubble next to export format.
