AbstractFlame structure of laminar premixed HC(O)OH/O2/Ar was studied both experimentally and numerically. Three available chemical kinetic models were tested. In general, all models agree with experimental results for H2O, CO, O2, CO2, HC(O)OH within the experimental error. For most of the intermediates all the models well capture the peak position and concentration profiles shape.
