<p>A prototype solution-processed n-type thin film transistor was fabricated. The film incorporates a dielectric layer prepared from solution-processed and photopolymerised inorganic/organic TiO$_{2}$ nanorods and zinc oxide as the semiconductor, also deposited from solution.</p>Citation
