dc.description.abstractA new formula is derived to connect between slopes wavefront sensors (e.g. Shack-Hartmann) and curvature sensors (based on Transport-of-Intensity Equation). Experimental results demonstrate snapshot simultaneous phase and intensity recovery on an incoherent illumination microscopy.
