Summary
Probably some resident birds but mostly migratory. Regularly seen at the golf course, particularly at dusk and dawn and groups have also been recorded roosting in the mangroves. Often sits inconspicuously on the lakeside hunting by stealth. Often appears light brown but its white wings become evident in flight.
