On 16th February 2011, 300 flying over at dusk with several other groups over the next few days. The first autumn passage birds were seen around August 20, 2013 but in small numbers with one very tired bird staying several days. Two flocks of 200 + birds in early September, 2014. Other similar records since then. They are heavily hunted in the Rabigh Dam area.
